Structure and Organization

The building with floors 2B+S+P+12+Ph is designed with a rational and efficient spatial organization. The two underground levels (2B) are dedicated to parking and technical areas, ensuring comfort and functionality for residents and commercial users. The ground floor and first level (S+P) are planned for business and service activities, while the upper floors are dedicated to residential units organized for optimal lighting, ventilation, and privacy.
